HOW WE SHIP YOUR ORDER

We ship Cellful juices, smoothies, and boosters frozen.  Flash freezing is best and most effective way to preserve and lock in nutrients, vitamins, minerals, live enzymes and natural flavors of Cellful's products. Each bottle is frozen within minutes of creating and shipped so that you can enjoy Cellful's product offerings at your convenience.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ask that you open the package immediately upon arrival and place the order contents in your freezer and pull out the one you want to drink that day and let defrost in your refrigerator.  This way, you don't feel rushed to consume, before they go bad.  We do not add preservatives, additives, fillers, or stabilizers, so it's natural for separation to occur. 

Just give a shake, sip, drink, and enjoy.

Each package is shipped in an insulated pouch and with our cold gel packs and will withstand sitting until you return home in most temperature. We will also send you an email notification (if you provided) of your tracking information so you know when your order may arrive. DISCLAIMER: Once your order leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for any damage or lost to the order. That is with the shipping companies, but we will do our best for and by you to help in any claim filings. You will need to IMMEDIATELY report, take photo's of any damage and document any lost.
